The Tango is a miniature of the 6.3 metre tall sculpture that was selected at Shanghai Art Fair, nominated and awarded as the Sculpture of the Year for 2011.
The Tango depicts two chillis expressively dancing together - symbolising a plethora of energies, celebrating in joy. Accentuated by the typical ‘red’ colour of the chilli, the Tango brings about the physical, the earthly and the bodily aspects.
