Singaporean artist Kumari Nahappan exhibits in Delhi for the first time

Dedicated to presenting contemporary art that evokes dialogue and celebrates the power of aesthetic purity, Gallery Pristine Contemporary is known to showcase works by artists from India and across the globe. In September, they bring noted Singaporean artist Kumari Nahappan to Delhi for the first time. “Kumari Nahappan's artistic practice, deeply rooted in Southeast Asian philosophy, nature, and myth, resonates with Pristine’s commitment to transcendent, contemplative art,” say founders Arjun Sawhney and Arjun Butani, who feel that her use of organic forms and symbolism embodies spiritual clarity and cultural richness that align with the curatorial vision of the gallery.
